Swedish Massage
30 minutes 60 minutes 90 minutes
Swedish massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension. Combining oils or lotion with an array of techniques include circular pressure, firm kneading, percussion-like tapping, bending and stretching assist you in releasing the tensions held in the body. Before and during your Swedish massage session, communication is encouraged with your professional massage therapist so that your massage is customized to your specific needs.
Therapeutic
30 minutes 60 minutes 90 minutes
Similar to Swedish massage, Therapeutic techniques utilize deeper pressure in benefiting the release of chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle realigning the layers and the connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, sore shoulders, tendons and specific areas of pain or discomfort. People often notice an improved range of motion immediately after a deep tissue massage. Deep tissue massage also received a top ranking for fibromyalgia pain.
Kinesio Taping
15 minutes: Varies
The Kinesio Taping® Method is a rehabilitative technique that is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process. It helps to create an environment within the body's system that provides support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting your range of motion. For those with sports injuries, this is the apex of clinical care when combined with tissue manipulation within our clinical setting.
Lymphatic Drainage
30 minutes 60 minutes 90 minutes
Lymphatic Drainage is a very light massage, is very relaxing and is used to promote a healthy flow of lymph, the clear fluid that flows throughout our bodies. The body system responsible for our immunity is the lymphatic system. Since the lymphatic system is the "garbage collector” of our body, this type of massage helps locate any imbalance/blockage in the system and re-establish healthy flow moving metabolic wastes out of the body. This work is a wonderful tool for general health maintenance but is not appropriate for people with infections, tumors, undiagnosed lumps and people with heart problems.
Chair Massage
$1 Per minute up to 30 minutes (travel time extra)
Desk warriors hunched over their screens all day can face serious and chronic neck and back pain, not to mention arm and wrist issues from repetitive strain. Massage is often used to reduce tension and to have a massage at work or in our office helps to work out those kinks and relieve built-up stress in the body. A chair massage has lasting effects making it easy to receive mental and physical relief on your schedule. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair that it is done over your clothing allowing you to avoid any discomfort or awkwardness that may arise with a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than conventional massages, making it convenient to fit into your busy schedule.
